Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• All tags must remain intact.

Return Process

• Email us at contact@auzee.ma with your order number.
• Once approved, ship the item to the provided return address.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the item is inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or custom-made items.
• Items damaged by the customer.
